Our Key Management consists of the following:
Ms Lee Meisan, Chief Financial Officer.
Ms. Lee Mei San was appointed as the Financial Controller on 4 December 2008. She is responsible for
providing financial management advice to the CEO and the Board of Directors. She is also responsible for
the accounts and financial matters of all subsidiaries within our Group and the review of operations of all
departments to ensure effective system procedures are in place.
Ms Lee has around ten years of cross-industry and regional experience in accounting and auditing. Before joining the Company, Ms Lee was an auditor with a CPA firm in Singapore.
Ms Lee qualified as a CPA in 2001 and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. She graduated from Nanyang Technological University in 1997, and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy.

Mr. Tang Yuanguang, Director of Intai and Head of Finance Department of the Company's PRC subsidiaries.
Mr. Tang Yuanguang is the Head of Finance Department of the Company's PRC subsidiaries and was appointed as a director of Intai on 31 January 2008. He is responsible for all financial matters of the Company's PRC subsidiaries, including financial management, financial analysis, budgeting, capital control and tax planning.
Mr. Tang has undertaken financial matters for companies in the non-ferrous metallurgical industry for about 20 years. He is familiar with the operations of enterprises in this industry as well as the local rules and regulations relating to the financial and tax system. His experience and professional competency has endowed him with knowledge in the construction of financial systems, financial analysis, financial budgets, financial and capital risks, management and control. Prior to joining our Group in December 2004, Mr. Tang was the Deputy Head of Finance Department of the Liuzhou Zinc Products Group, a state-owned zinc and zinc oxide producer, from 1998 to 2004. From 1992 to 1998, he was the Head of Finance Section of the Liuxin Non-ferrous Metals Research & Development Company, having been the Deputy Head of the Finance Section from 1989 to 1992. He first joined the Liuxin Non-ferrous Metals Research & Development Company, a zinc metals and zinc oxide producer in the PRC, as an Accountant in the Research and Development Department in 1986.
Mr. Tang graduated from the Northern Industrial University with a graduation certificate in Industrial Accountancy in 1986.

Mr. Liu Xiaoming, Director of Intai.
Mr. Liu Xiaoming was appointed as a director of Intai on 31 January 2008. He is in charge of matters relating to the smelting and production of indium ingots and zinc related products. Mr. Liu has more than ten years of experience in the non-ferrous metals industry through the various appointments he has held in his career.
From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Liu was the Deputy General Manager of Intai. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Liu was the Assistant to the General Manager of Intai. From 1992 to 1999, he was employed as a technician in the Technology Department of Liuzhou Nonferrous.
Mr. Liu graduated from the Changsha Nonferrous Metals Higher Vocational School in 1992 with a certification in non-ferrous metals smelting.

Mr. Li Gengguo, Assistant General Manager of Union Zinc.
Mr. Li Gengguo is the Assistant General Manager of Union Zinc. Amongst the duties that he assumes in his line of work are matters relating to the sale and export of by-products, the export of indium ingots and the import of zinc and coal. Mr. Li has had more than ten years of experience in the sales and import and export of metal products through the various appointments he has held in his career.
From 2004 to May 2006, Mr. Li was the Assistant General Manager of Liuzhou I&E. From 2000 to 2004, he was the Deputy General Manager of Labour Service Company, a related company of Liuzhou Nonferrous, which was primarily engaged in the business of supplying packing materials to Liuzhou Nonferrous. During the same period from 2000 to 2004, he concurrently held the post of Manager of Liuzhou I&E, which was part of the Liuzhou Nonferrous Group at that time. Mr. Li joined the sales department of Liuzhou Nonferrous in 1993, and assumed the post of Sales Manager of the Sales Department from 1996 to 2004.
Mr. Li graduated from the Changsha Nonferrous Metals Higher Vocational School in 1993 with a certificate in ore-dressing and a certificate in public relations.
